Creator Reviews (Beta) is a GetYourGuide program that helps activities with fewer than 3 reviews get the first ones. And those first reviews matter: an activity with 3 reviews is up to three times more likely to be booked than one with none. Enroll an activity, and it opens up to content creators, bloggers, and travel agents from our community. If one picks it, they book it for free, experience it like any other traveler, and leave an honest review with photos within 48 hours of their experience.

Travelers have one chance to get their trip right. The sooner you have reviews, the sooner they pick you.
You host the creator and one companion for free, in exchange for an honest review. You receive no payout for this booking and no commission is charged. All options of an enrolled activity are included, and a booking isn't guaranteed. Once a creator books, it's a confirmed booking: canceling counts toward your cancellation rate and our standard cancellation fee applies. You can opt out any activity before a creator books it.
No. The creator books for free, so there's no payout, and we charge no commission. The booking shows as €0 in your booking list and on your invoice. The only cost to you is running the activity for two people, the same as for any paying guest. There's no fee to join the program.
Content creators, bloggers, and travel agents from our community of 33,000 travel partners. They pick your activity because it interests them, and their reviews focus on what travelers want to know before booking. We ask them for honest feedback, and nobody hands them a script.

Creator reviews are honest. We work with creators who are motivated to write fair, thoughtful reviews based on their real experience. Credible, detailed feedback is exactly what makes travelers trust the reviews on your page in the first place. And if a review breaks our review guidelines, you can flag it, same as any other review on GetYourGuide, or you can respond to it directly in the Supplier Portal.
