Your questions answered

When do I benefit from my free commission?

Once your referral completed their first booking, both you and your friend will get 0% commission on your next 15 bookings, up to a maximum value of $250 per referral. Within 1 month, we will process a payment to reimburse you for the commission savings you've accumulated based on the number of successful referrals you made during that month.

How do I receive free commission?

Your commission savings will be issued as a separate payment and sent to the bank account you provided in the Supplier Portal.

How many referrals can I make?

Currently, there are no restrictions on the number of referrals you can make.

Who can I refer?

We collaborate with both companies and independent operators who are registered, legally compliant, and provide high-quality travel products. We only onboard responsible, socially just, and environmentally sustainable experiences, from walking tours and culinary experiences to cruises, day trips, and hop-on hop-off buses.

We don't accept activities in the following categories:

- In-app scavenger tours
- Virtual (self-guided) activities
- Car rental
- Hotel
- Gift shops
- Eyelash service
- Art store
- Nail salon
- Visa appointment services
- E-visas
- Audio guides
- E-sims

Does my referral have an expiration date?

Yes, your friend has 90 days from their registration date to set up their account and complete their first booking. Once they do so, both you and your friend will be eligible to receive 15 commission-free bookings.

What qualifies as a completed booking?

A completed booking refers to a booking that is valued at more than €25 and is successfully conducted by the guest.
